Rock The Park is back, but this time we are bringing it to Christchurch! The biggest free outdoor rock concert ever to hit Canterbury.

This all-ages event is hosted by Rock Drive's Jay and Dunc. Gates open at 1.30pm. This event has a limited capacity, so entry is not guaranteed.

There will a licenced bar. If you are intending to purchase alcohol you will need to obtain a wristband from the wristband station onsite. Photo ID is required. Accepted forms of ID are a valid NZ Driver's Licence, a valid NZ or International Passport, a valid Kiwi Access card.
Bad behaviour and intoxication will not be tolerated, please respect our staff and other eventgoers.
There will be a range of tasty food vendor’s onsite to keep you fed throughout the day. Eftpos is available.
You can bring an empty plastic water bottle with you and there will be heaps of free water available.
Mobility parking will be available in Chester Street West School from 12pm. Please bring your mobility pass.
Bike parking is available onsite. The 529 Garage bike security registration team will be at the bike parking area from 1-3pm. Get your bike registered on the spot, and get a free 529 shield (RRP $12.99). More info here(external link).

Please note that there is a 24 hour alcohol ban around the event – If you carry or consume alcohol in the streets around the event site, or within Hagley Park you won’t be permitted entry, and risk being fined.
