PT in the Park is a free weekly group fitness training that has been running for almost a decade! Your workouts are provided by qualified trainers and are designed for people of all ages and abilities, with a range of exercises to suit everyone.
Held every Saturday outdoors at Carlton Mill, Hagley Park by the Monkey bars.
