Global Voices, a cappella choir, presents Muusika - Songs of Harmony from around the Globe.
Global Voices is a four-part (soprano, alto, tenor, bass) a cappella (without accompaniment) Christchurch choir.
Our songs are drawn from folk, indigenous, spiritual and contemporary traditions. The repertoire includes music from Aotearoa New Zealand, the Pacific, Eastern Europe, Africa, Latin America, the Gospel tradition in the USA, the Celtic tradition, and more.
Our 25-person choir is directed by Deen Coulson, a prominent Christchurch director and seasoned musician in theatre, jazz, contemporary, choral and world music.
