Submit an event

Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

We’re following the Government’s advice and cancelling or postponing any outdoor events where 500 people or more are expected to attend and any indoor events where 100 people or more are expected to attend.

Important

Before completing this form make sure your event satisfies all the criteria for listing an event on the Council website.

If you have any issues submitting an event please email all the details as requested in the form below along with the banner, thumbnail and any gallery photo(s) to eventsdevelopment@ccc.govt.nz and we’ll load the event up for you.

Please pay particular attention to the file size limits for uploading images. People on some browsers may get errors and lose the contents of their submission if they go over these limits.
