An Extraordinary Hearings Panel meeting was held on Monday 8 March 2021 at 9.30am. In accordance with Section 51A of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, a summary of resolutions of the meeting is below:
The Hearings Panel revoked its previous recommendations on the Colombo Street Cycle Connection Project and resolved to accept the updated Officer Recommendations and Plans as a result of some technical errors in the traffic recommendations. The Panel also agreed for Councils Officers to investigate the impact of the Panels proposed changes to the wider network.
