Reclassification of pump station site from Recreation Reserve to Local Purpose (Utility) Reserve
Ngā Puna Wai – Halswell – Reserve Reclassification
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, Christchurch City Council notifies its intention to reclassify the part of Ngā Puna Wai described in the Schedule below from the existing purpose to the purpose set out in that Schedule.
The reasons for the reclassification proposed are included in the Schedule below.

Part Reserve to be reclassified local purpose (utility) reserve
- Ngā Puna Wai, approximately 248m2 being the part of Lot 3 Deposited Plan 73928 identified as Section 1 on Survey Office Plan 538085; current classification: recreation reserve. Reason for reclassification: pump station site.
