PROPOSED LEASE FOR
STODDART COTTAGE TRUST
Public notice is given in accordance with the requirements of the Stoddart Point Reserve and Coastal Cliff Reserves Network Diamond Harbour/Te Waipapa Management Plan 2013 adopted by Christchurch City Council in September 2013.
Council officers are proposing a recommendation that the Banks Peninsula Community Board grant a lease to the Stoddart Cottage Trust pursuant to the requirements of the approved management plan.
The proposed lease is for a total lease period of 33 years over all of that land described as Lot 4 Deposited Plan 304811, held for the purpose of a historic reserve being approximately 1443 square metres vested in the Christchurch City Council pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977.
