The Council has approved the temporary closures of the following roads, for the following events, on the dates and times shown below.

Ara Institute of Canterbury Graduation Parade

Lincoln University Graduation Parade

Between Rolleston Avenue and Montreal Street
Periods of Closures
From 9.20am to 9.30am and from 1.20pm to 1.30pm Thursday, 8 October 2020.
These closures are to be made under paragraph 11(e) of the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974. The proposed closures will apply to all vehicular traffic with the exception of emergency service vehicles, and vehicles directly involved with the event.
No resident access will be available during the period of these closures.
