The Council has received applications for the temporary closures of the following roads, for the following events, on the dates and times shown below.

From 5.05pm to 10.05pm Friday 30 October 2020

From 3.05pm to 4.35pm and from 6.05pm to 7.05pm Saturday 19 September 2020

From 5.35pm to 7.05pm and from 8.35pm to 10.05pm Saturday 3 October 2020

From 12.35pm to 2.05pm and from 3.35pm to 5.05pm Sunday 18 October 2020

From 5.35pm to 7.05pm and from 8.35pm to 10.05pm Friday 30 October 2020

From 3.05pm to 4.35pm and from 6.05pm to 7.05pm Sunday 15 November 2020

 

Further notifications may be required depending on competition progress and rankings.

 

These closures are proposed to be made under paragraph 11(e) of the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974. The proposed closures will apply to all vehicular traffic with the exception of emergency service vehicles, and vehicles directly involved with the events.

No resident access will be available during the period of these proposed closures.

 

Any person who wishes to object to the proposed closure may do so in writing to the Council Secretary, Christchurch City Council, PO Box 73016, Christchurch, no later than 9.00am Thursday 31 July 2020.
