Notice is given that the Council is considering granting under section 54(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977 a ground lease of part (approximately 13,240m2) of Ngā Puna Wai Reserve to Netsal Sports Centre Limited.
The area is a recreation reserve and is legally described as Lot 3 Deposited Plan 73928. The proposed term of the lease is 33 years (including all rights of renewal) and the lease will allow the tenant to build a new indoor multi-court facility.
You can make a submission on the proposed new lease. Please state if you wish to appear before a hearings panel to be heard in support of your submission.
