Decisions of Independent Hearings Panel on Christchurch Replacement Plan
1. The Christchurch City Council has received the following decision from the Independent Hearings Panel on the following matter to replace some of the provisions of the operative Christchurch City District Plan and the Banks Peninsula District Plan.
- Decision 10: Residential (Part) Stage one
2. The Hearing Panel’s decision is available for inspection during normal opening hours at any of the Council’s Service Centres offices and libraries (including Civic Offices at 53 Hereford Street). 3. The persons listed below may appeal to the High Court against the decision of the Independent Hearings Panel on a question of law only: (a) the Minister for the Environment and the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery; (b) the Christchurch City Council; and (c) any person who made a submission on the relevant proposal or matter that is the subject of the decisions but only in relation to matters raised in his or her submission.
4. Any appeal must be lodged with the High Court at Christchurch and served on Christchurch City Council no later than 4 February 2016.
