Details
- Work will begin at the Burnside park end of the job, and will progress in stages up towards Kingham Place. The line on the map shows the general extent of the pipework to be replaced.
- We will be replacing: the wastewater main which runs down the middle of the road (It is deep at approximately 4m); Lateral connections which run between the main in the middle of the road and private property boundaries.
- Traffic management will be installed to keep both road users and workers safe. Please be aware, road closures or lane closures, and reduced speed limits will be in place during the construction works.
- Please advise us if you have specific access requirements: eg.- medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries and any planned works.
- The wastewater connection / service to your property will be maintained throughout the works.
- Access to properties will be maintained as much as possible. It may be temporarily restricted at times. The Contractor will door knock beforehand if required to discuss.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
