Details
***NIGHT WORK: 7th to 19th of November at Waimairi Rd and
heading through to Rembrant Pl.(weather dependent). Work will be undertaken between Sunday to Friday, 6pm to 6am. Residents will be notified of any further planned night works.
***DAY WORK: Work will start on 21 June 2021 and is expected
to be completed by mid 2022 (weather dependent). Work will be undertaken between Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
What you need to know:
- The works will be staged with the first stage being planned night worksstarting on Grahams Road intersecting Sevenoaks Drive, Gregan
Cresent and Wairakei Road. - Traffic management will be installed to keep both road users and workers safe.
- Access to properties will be maintained using steel plates where required.
- On road parking will be limited during the works.
- During construction works, both the water supply mains and lateral connections to the property boundary will be accessed including work across berms and footpaths.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
