1. That the Council may meet up to 100% of the cost of waterway bank repairs required on all waterways, except those waterways (river courses) that are privately maintained and subject to consideration by the Drainage and Waste Manager of guidelines contained in this report.
2. That where requests are made for piping of waterways not on the Council’s budget or having a low priority, the Council may meet up to 50% of the cost of piping and easement costs in those drains considered suitable for piping, subject to consideration by the Drainage and Waste Manager of the guidelines contained in this report.
