1. That the Schedules of Standard Charges for Vehicle Crossings, Sealing of Service Strips and Road Opening Fees listed below be adopted as from 1 August 1990 and these charges be reviewed annually.
2. That the Roading Manager be authorised to reassess the charge for vehicle crossings where there are issues concerning street widening.
3. That contractors be permitted to install crossings and that permission shall only be granted at the discretion of the Roading Manager, and that this discretion shall not be unreasonably withheld.
4. That the Roading Manager be authorised to contract out some of the crossing installation works in future.
5. That the Roading Manager draw up a minimum specification to be made available to roading contractors.
