City Scene and rates inserts

It is the Council's policy to restrict rates inserts to the promotion of Council activities, services and policies or the promotion of Council-funded community organisations, such as Ferrymead, Orana Park and the Arts Centre. It is considered that similar guidelines should apply to City Scene inserts.

Furthermore, it is important to limit rates and City Scene inserts to community information which can be promoted to the people of Christchurch without challenge from significant interest groups.
