Burial rights for returned services personnel

That the Council continue the policy of providing Returned Services personnel (i.e. those services personnel who have served overseas in a war zone) with cemetery plots, at no cost, in the Services' section of Ruru Lawn Cemetery, as a mark of respect for their service to their country.
