About the fees
Appendix A fees and charges are those adopted by Council under its general powers under Section 12 of the Local Government Act 2002.
Appendix B fees and charges are those adopted under a Special Consultative Procedure under Section 83.
Please refer to both schedules. Please note that these fees do not include:
- rates set by Council
- Development Contribution charges
- cost recoveries for works and services for property under development.
The fees may be amended by Council at any time.
