The City Plan Online provides you with on-screen access to the information contained in the City Plan including the planning maps.
It is fully searchable through custom search templates and easy to navigate. You can search for every single word and data group within one volume or across the whole document. The Plan has links that take you to definitions and 'jump links' leading you from a particular feature in the maps key to the relevant parts of the Plan.
The Christchurch City Council will not be providing an electronic (CD ROM) version of the Proposed City Plan as amended by Council decisions in May 1999. The Plan gets updated online and is available at no cost.
