Hagley-Ferrymead Community Board

The Hagley-Ferrymead Community Board represents around 55,000 people and almost 22,500 households in an area covering the Central City and reaching south of the Avon/Heathcote estuary to Sumner.

The community includes Richmond, Linwood and Bromley, Phillipstown, Woolston, Ferrymead and the coastal Port Hills suburbs from Heathcote across to Redcliffs.

The Board is supported by the Community Board Support Team which provides advice to the Board and ensures that the Board has the information it needs to assist it in making decisions. It arranges board meetings and produces agendas for those meetings. The Team also provides information to people who want to come and speak to the Board.

Please note that the 2010 (colour) map reflects minor boundary changes from the 2007 (black and white) map as a result of a review by the Local Government Commission of the Council's governance arrangements.
