Learn the principles of pilates with the combined introduction/level 1 classes. Extend your training by progressing through the Level 2 and 3 classes.

All equipment provided, wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring water with you.

These fees are applicable for all levels of pilates and yoga.  Prices are based on one weekly lesson for a 10-week term. Prices will be adjusted accordingly if a term consists of more or less than 10 weeks.
