Can I get added/removed from the weed spraying contract?
Yes, you can apply to have your property put on our yearly No-Spray Register, which is managed by our weed spray contractor.
The Council will action this by completing a RFS request, please contact the Council's Customer Services.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Council needs to control weed growth including moss in the footpath and concrete channel to prolong their life and ensure the free flow of water in the channel. By registering on the No Spray Register you are undertaking to control the weeds in the roadside channel and on the footpath adjacent to your property so that the Council’s weed control contractor will not need to spray your frontage.
