Can you please tell me about the lights on the New Brighton Pier?

The Burwood-Pegasus Community Board commissioned lighting expert Grant Robertson to create a dramatic lighting system.

Funded by Art in Public Places, red, green and blue lights will illuminate the length of the pier in sequences of colour, with subtle hues rolling along the columns.

The lights will be turned on at night when the street lights switch on and off. There will be no strobe lights. The lights are run by Connetics.
