Do the Service Centres have meeting rooms available for hire?
Please access the link below to see a list of rooms available for hire at the Council Service Centres. These rooms are available for use by Council staff, residents and community groups for meetings, training sessions, etc Monday—Friday. Some charges will apply.
To book a room, please contact the correct administrator from the list given below:
Lyttelton Service Centre
Book through Anthea Reynolds and Debbie Sansom, Customer Service staff. Ring 0800 800 169 and ask to be transfered.
Lyttelton Recreation Centre
Book through Maggie Button. Ring 0800 800 169 and ask to be transfered.
Little River Service Centre
Book through Val Peak, Customer Service Representative. Ring 0800 800 169 and ask to be transfered.
Akaroa Service Centre, Akaroa Sports Pavilion and The Gaiety (Akaroa)
Book through Geoff Carter and Wendy Graham, Customer Service Representatives. Ring 0800 800 169 and ask to be transfered.
Beckenham Service Centre
Book through the Beckenham Customer Service 941 5100.
Fendalton Service Centre
Book through Liz Gaualofa - ring 941 8999 and ask to be transfered.
Linwood Service Centre

Papanui Service Centre
Book through Sharon Munro - ring 941 8999 and ask to be transfered.
