Applications for the 2008 School Arbor Day Programme closed on 7 April 2008. Keep an eye on the Council's website early in 2009 for information about next years Arbor Day programme.
The Arbor Day Schools programme offers all Christchurch Primary and Intermediate schools free trees for Arbor Day plantings. The programme is offered annually and aims to involve students in Arbor Day planting programmes within the school grounds. It is funded by the five community boards:
