Proposed changes to the Montgomery Spur Reserve Management Plan

Public notice is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council is proposing to change the Montgomery Spur Reserve Management Plan to include a new mountain bike track in the reserve and to make other minor changes and corrections to the management plan.

Montgomery Spur Reserve is administered by the Council as a scenic reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977. 

The draft changed management plan, and information on the proposed new mountain bike track, can be found on the Council webpage www.ccc.govt.nz/HaveYourSay(external link).  Details on when and where you can meet with Council staff to discuss the proposal during the consultation process are also included on this webpage.

Anyone is able to make a submission on the proposed changes to the management plan. 

Submitters should state in their submission if they wish to appear before a hearings panel to be heard in support of their submission. 

Submissions need to be made in writing no later than 5pm on Friday 5 March 2021.
