Kids in Town is a free concert programme held most Thursday lunchtimes at the Christchurch Art Gallery. These programmes provide local primary and intermediate schools to entertain the public and showcase their talents in a prestigious central city venue.
Performances may include orchestra, Kapa Haka, choir, dance, culture groups or theatre, and usually two schools feature between 12pm and 1pm.
Where: Christchurch Art Gallery Foyer
When: Thursdays, 12pm–1pm, May–December (except during school holidays) rain, or shine.
