Reduce waste at school

The Christchurch City Council has an Assisted Kerbside Recycling Programme which is a free recycling collection service for Early Learning Centres and schools in the Christchurch and Banks Peninsula area, which are also on a current kerbside collection route.

This programme aims to:

• Promote recycling at schools and encourage children to take responsibility for their waste.
• Help our environment by keeping valuable resources out of the landfill.
