Hours of operation
Customer service standard business hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Hours do vary for council service centres, organisations, libraries and facilities (eg refuse stations, childcare, and pools) as do our hours during public holidays. Our call centre is operated 24 hours a day.
