Unoccupied Dwelling Area Unit Maps [1MB]

The numeric change in the occupied dwelling map and the unoccupied dwelling map shows the net increase or decrease in occupied houses in the Greater Christhurch Urban Development Strategy area and the Banks Peninsula area of the City. The percentage change map shows the relative change in dwellings within each area unit between 2006 and 2013.  It should be noted that some changes will be exaggerated where a small change in an area unit with only a few dwellings will result in a greater percentage change than if an area unit had a greater number of dwellings.
