Situated beneath the Art Gallery, entry to the car park is on Gloucester Street between Durham and Montreal Streets.

- Monday - Friday 7.30am - 11.45pm
- Saturday 9am - 11.45pm
- Sunday 9am - 5.45pm.

Charges:
- $1.20 per half hour or part thereof.
- Daily - $12 per day if in before 9.30 am. (Stops at 6.30pm Monday - Saturday and 5.45pm Sundays).
- Past 6.30pm casual rates apply again.
- Corresponding times for early bird covers are displayed at each car park.
- Overnight parking - there is no charge at the time when parking building is closed, but $1.20 per half hour for the rest of the time and no more than $20 per 24 hours.
- All prices include GST.
- EFTPOS and credit card payments available.
