I am already registered on Tenderlink. Do I have to register on the TenderLink portal as well?

No. If you’re already registered on TenderLink you don’t have to register again. TenderLink uses your email as your user name so if you are in the system it will either:

a) send you an automatic email with registration instructions
b) state that no match was found and ask you to register
c) state that your email address is already in the system and that you are already registered.

Do I have to register on the TenderLink portal to view City Council tender opportunities?

You can view all Christchurch City Council tender notices on the Christchurch City Council TenderLink Portal as well as on TenderLink.com, GETS and LGOL.

While viewing the tender there is an option to request hardcopy documents. You can state whether you want to pick these up or have them sent to you. Hardcopy documents may be subject to a fee to cover the cost of printing, handling and postage.

What if I miss the tender closing date. Can I submit a late proposal or tender response?

It is Council practice not to accept late tenders. The Council does however reserve the right to consider late submissions where there is no material prejudice to other participants. A late submission request must be presented to the procurement manager prior to the close of tender.
