Statistical Information
Statistical information is collected from all enquiries received. As each complaint is completed it is entered
on a database that records a number of details.
Every 3 months this database is used to show a number of features as follows:
- Numbers of complaints received during the time periods 8:00am - 6:00pm weekdays, 6:00pm - 8:00am weekdays and
also weekends.
- The Units response time to each of these.
- Types of complaints.
This information allows the unit to monitor their response times and ensure that all complaints are actioned as
promptly as current resources will allow. It is important to realise that there is a great deal of work performed
by the Officers that is not included in these as these are of complaints only.
