Resource Consent Information Pack

We have also developed a comprehensive information pack containing all that you need to know to enable you to prepare a resource consent application.

This information pack is aimed primarily at the first time applicant, but may also be useful for professionals and their clients.

The information pamphlet Resource Consents -  The Cost and the Process' has also been revised and is available from the above offices. This pamphlet explains the process for non- notified and notified applications and outlines expected time frames and gives an indication of likely costs.

The documents in the information pack can be downloaded and printed from the links below, or paper copy can be obtained from the Civic Offices, Linwood or Sockburn or Lyttelton Service Centres or by telephoning our Customer Centre on phone 941-8657.
