Homework Zone
Each of our libraries has a Homework Zone where you can find information to help you do your homework. Some of our libraries also run a homework zone club where you can win prizes.
There is also Study Support - a free drop in session for students to access support for their homework or study, from research to publishing work. Students have access to a teacher, computer, internet and printer. Wednesdays, 3:30pm to 5pm at all Learning Centres.
Here's More!
This kids section of our web site has links to lots of useful homework sites, as well as information about New Zealand disasters, early Christchurch, New Zealand birds and animals, inventors and inventions, and interviews with, and stories by, your favourite New Zealand authors.
...and still more!
If you can't find what you need, and can't visit your library, just ring us at 941 7923 and we'll do our best to help you. The best times to ring for homework help are between 5.30pm and 9.00pm Monday to Friday and between 9.00am and 4.00pm on weekends.
You can also Ask Us Your Question online, email the library at library@ccc.govt.nz, or use the AnyQuestions service to 'chat' online with a librarian.
