Add water to your workout with a water-based class suitable for any level of fitness. An aquatic workout is a great way to improve aerobic fitness, develop strength and burn fat without the impact, making it easier on muscles and joints. They are especially beneficial for injury rehabilitation, pregnant women, older adults and sports recovery.

Aquafit classes are included in the Multi Membership. Our classes are for 14 years and over.
