Thank you for attending a Learning Through Action programme! We hope that you had a great experience and the learning outcomes were positive and extensive for your students. We love to hear about the successes that your students have once they return to school – please send us copies of work that shows students achieving the desired learning outcomes.
Teacher evaluation form
We like to gain feedback from teachers in order to improve our programmes and the teaching techniques of our educators. Your time is appreciated in completing the online evaluation form. Alternatively please download and print the evaluation form below and fax or mail it to us.
Student evaluation forms
It is helpful for us to receive feedback from students also so that we can further develop our programmes to meet their needs. Please ask approximately 3 students from the group who attended the programme complete the evaluation form and fax or mail it to us.
