Community Funding Schemes
The Christchurch City Council has a proud history of supporting the communities of Christchurch with a number of initiatives and enabling mechanisms, including grant funding.
Council has signalled, in the 2006-2016 LTCCP, that it will operate community grants schemes as one of the key means of contribution to its strategic direction of building strong communities. One of the key drivers for this funding is the Strengthening Communities Strategy launched in September 2006.
Funding information
Information on the schemes and applications forms are also available at all CCC Service Centres and at the Civic Office, Tuam Street.
