Status of Council Facilities

Use our online database to find out whether a building is open, closed or demolished, the level of engineering assessment it has received and when it will receive a Detailed Engineering Evaluation (DEE) assessment. You can also search for the decision made about a building (note: most decisions are still to be made).

You can search a building by:

• Facility type
• Council ward (For more information about Wards, see the Christchurch City Ward and community maps page)
• by keyword
• or a combination of all three.
