LIM application update
The LIMs Team receive numerous daily requests for the expected completion date on the processing of individual LIMS.
In an effort to make this information more accessible to you, we have added this information to our website.
You can now access an updated list of expected completion times.
This information can also be used to check that we have received your LIM as the list is updated overnight.
Guidance Notes on how to read the report on the expected completion times
- The processing stream is an internal system which indicates which team will be finalising and forwarding the LIM.
- LIMS in the SOC processing stream will be completed and forwarded from the Sockburn Service Centre. For follow up information on any LIMs in this stream please phone 941 6552.
- LIMS in the LIN processing stream will be completed and forwarded from the Linwood Service Centre. For follow up information on any LIMs in this stream please phone 941 6616.
- LIMS in the FEN and CIV processing streams will be completed and forwarded from the Civic Offices. For follow up information on any LIMs in this stream please phone 941 8825.
- The Estimated Completion Date is an indication of our expected delivery time for the LIM to be available to the customer. The indicated processing time is based upon current averages. In some instances, due to workload fluctuations and the difficulty in processing some LIMs the final processing times may be slightly longer than indicated.
- Please note that the Statutory Due Date is the maximum time allowed (10 days) for LIM processing under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act.
- For each application a LIM Number is allocated and may be quoted for any enquiries.
How to Find your LIM within the document
The LIM details are sorted by the address of the application. By looking through the list alphabetically (by street name) you will be able to find your LIM. Of course if you are unable to locate it on the list please do not hesitate to phone us on 941 8825.
