Gloucester Courts - a 22 unit complex.

Twice a year our social housing newsletter 'Backyard Banter' is distributed to all our tenants in the Christchurch region.  'Backyard Banter' has information about what is happening in and around our social housing complexes as well as health and safety information, upcoming events and recipes and even gardening tips.

We also have activities coordinators who organise events and activities throughout the year to encourage communities to mix and get to know one another.
