LIM application update

The LIM team receive numerous daily requests for the expected completion date on the processing of individual LIMs.

In an effort to make this information more accessible to you, we have added this information to our website.

You can now access an updated list of expected completion times [PDF 40.8KB].

This information can also be used to check that we have received your LIM as the list is updated overnight.

How to read the report on the expected completion times

• This report indicates the progress of your LIM and who is processing your application. For all enquiries relating to LIMs, please phone (03) 941 8999 .
• The Estimated Completion Date is an indication of our expected delivery time for the LIM to be available to the customer. The indicated processing time is based upon current averages. In some instances, due to workload fluctuations and the difficulty in processing some LIMs, the final processing times may be slightly longer than indicated.
• Please note that the Statutory Due Date is the maximum time allowed (10 days) for LIM processing under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

How to find your LIM within the update

The LIM details are sorted by the address of the application. By looking through the list alphabetically (by street name) you will be able to find your LIM.
