The city’s largest Pohutukawa.

Christchurch's largest Pohutukawa (Metrosiders excelsa) at 19 metres high is part of a collection of interesting trees, more than 80 years old, at 3 Clifton Bay.

These include Canary Island palms (Phoenix canariensis), a Norfolk Island palm Pine (Araucaria heterophylla), the only large Rubber trees (Ficus elastica)  in the city, a large Holm Oak (Quercus ilex) and a Puriri (Vitex lucens).
