Botanical Gardens, inside Cuningham House on first landing of left-hand staircase.

Description

Marble statuette, depicting a Queen? with a crown. She is leaning on a bust of a horse’s head at her feet. We believe that it was first brought to the gardens as part of an exhibition. It is thought to have been carved in the 1860’s.
